One of the most important aspects of the classes is that they're fun and run in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. (Beginners in their first lesson even learn how to play cards – on the computer of course – it's a great way to quickly master and feel comfortable with using a mouse.)

Tutor, Judy Coleman, has been training IT users for nearly 20 years, and has worked with some of the country's best known companies. However, with beginners and advanced users alike she is renowned for her patience and good humour and always remembers that she too was once faced with learning it all for the first time, and how bewildering it seemed!

Unlike many similar adult classes, every learner has a computer to work on, and the size is kept to a maximum of 8 learners, ensuring everyone gets as much attention as possible.
